Hotel and Travel
Gleaming downtown skyscrapers, cranes towering over Uptown condo developments and shiny cars pulling up for valet parking – there’s more to Dallas than pickup trucks and cowboy boots. You can find world-class museums and restaurants, funky neighborhoods, swanky shopping malls, gritty bars and a vibrant music scene. And the nearly year-round warm weather makes it an ideal destination for this EPI Intensive Certificate program.
Average weather in July can be hot, but mostly dry. The heat doesn’t stop the tourists or business travelers, and with so many amazing (air-conditioned) attractions, you’re sure to be comfortable all day round.
Getting There
Dallas is served by two major airports: DFW International Airport (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL).
With a central North American location that puts you within 4 hours of any major city in the U.S., Mexico and Canada, it’s no surprise that DFW International Airport is one of the world’s busiest and fastest growing. With 1,800 flights daily to more than 170 destinations world-wide, DFW is one of the world’s most convenient airports.
Love Field provides the best that can be offered in a convenient, efficient airport. DAL is located within the city limits and is just minutes from Downtown Dallas, Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, and Dallas Market Center.
